*Gap free is applicable to health fund insurance holders with dental care coverage within their limit only. If you are with a health fund, the rebate to the practice may be more than $150, meaning no out of pocket expense for you. It cannot be used with any other offer. If the health fund does not pay up to $150 for the service, then you have to pay the difference. Example: Health fund pays only $130, then you have to pay the difference of $20. Fees are subject to change from time to time.
